LuxeCotton Terms of Service

1. Overview & Ethical Commitment Welcome to LuxeCotton. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Our business is conducted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and adheres strictly to ethical trading principles. We are committed to honesty, transparency, and fairness in all our dealings.

2. Accuracy of Products (Avoiding Uncertainty) We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible.

  • Description Guarantee: We pledge to describe our products truthfully. We do not use deceptive marketing that misrepresent the quality of the fabric.

  • Minor Variations: Due to the nature of digital screens, colors may vary slightly. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, you have the right to return it immediately.

3. Pricing & Payments 

  • Fixed Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not add hidden surcharges.

  • No Interest (Riba): We do not charge interest on any transactions. If a payment is delayed or a refund is processed, the exact original amount will be transacted. There are no "late fees" or interest-based penalties.

  • Currency: All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).

4. Order Acceptance (Offer & Acceptance) Placing an order on our site constitutes an "Offer" (Ijab). Our confirmation of the order and subsequent shipment constitutes "Acceptance" (Qubul).

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there is a genuine error (e.g., a product listed as 0 PKR due to a glitch). In such cases, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & Defects

  • Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or stained, it is your right to return it. We will cover the shipping cost for the return and offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Change of Mind: If you are simply not satisfied with the product (but it is not defective), we offer a  7-day return window as a gesture of goodwill , provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability While we take full responsibility for the product until it reaches your hands, LuxeCotton is not liable for any indirect damages or losses that occur after you have taken possession and used the product.

7. Privacy & Trust (Amanah) Your personal information (Name, Address, Phone Number) is a trust (Amanah) given to us. We promise to use it strictly for order processing and delivery. We will never sell your data to third parties.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable settlement (Sulh) through direct communication before resorting to legal channels.
