Refund policy

Our Promise of Fairness At LuxeCotton, our relationship with you is based on trust. We aim to facilitate you with a policy that is transparent, easy to understand, and compliant with ethical trading standards.

1. Returns for Defects or Damage  If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or color sent by us), you have the absolute right to return it.

  • Cost: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. You will not pay a single rupee to fix our mistake.

  • Resolution: You may choose between a full refund or an immediate exchange.

  • Timeframe: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel so we can resolve it quickly.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind or the color doesn't match your room as you hoped. We accept these returns under the principle of Iqalah (goodwill), subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of bedding (pillows and bedspreads), we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or slept on.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cost: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is new, we will refund the full product price.

3. Non-Returnable Items To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or washed bedding.

  • Items damaged by the customer (accidental tears, stains, etc.).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/WhatsApp notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Payment Method:

    • For COD orders, we will transfer the amount to your provided Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

    • We aim to complete all refunds within 2-3 business days after receiving the return.
