Do you take advance payments?
Yes, if you prefer to send a gift or pay in advance, we accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. You'll get Flat 8% off on advance payment.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! You can pay comfortably when the rider delivers the parcel to your doorstep.
How will I get my refund?
- We process refunds via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Once we receive your return, we will transfer the amount within 2-5 business days.
What if the product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we are very sorry! Please send us a picture/video on WhatsApp immediately. We will replace it for free or give you a full refund. We cover all shipping costs for our mistakes.
What if I don't like the product?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the item within 7 days, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. You will just need to cover the return shipping cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 24 hours. Usually, you will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days. If there is a delay, we will inform you immediately.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for standard orders. Complementary delivery is available on all orders above Rs. 7,000.
Can I open the parcel before paying (Open Delivery)?
Most courier companies do not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, you can trust us. If you pay and open it, and find any issue, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or immediate exchange. We are here to build a long-term relationship, not just a one-time sale.
