LuxeCotton Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Philosophy: At LuxeCotton, we believe that true luxury is rooted in peace of mind. Our shipping policy is built on honesty, responsibility, and the Islamic principle of Amanah (trust). When you order from us, we carry the burden of the product until it is safely in your hands.

1. Shipping Costs 

• Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of  250 PKR for all orders under 7,000 PKR.

• Complementry Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 7,000 PKR.

• Total Cost: The final price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. There are no additional taxes or handling fees added upon delivery.

2. Delivery Responsibility 

We consider the product our responsibility until it reaches your doorstep.

• Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, LuxeCotton bears the full loss. You will not be asked to fight with the courier company. We will immediately offer you a full refund or a replacement whichever you prefer.

• Verification: We kindly ask that you inspect your package upon arrival.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We strive for speed, but we value honesty over over-promising.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

• Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your city.

• Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays due to weather or courier issues can happen. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you immediately and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you cannot wait.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and trust, we offer Cash on Delivery.

• Please ensure the exact amount is available to facilitate the courier.

• In the spirit of Ihsan (excellence), we request that you only place a COD order if you have the serious intention and ability to accept the parcel. Refusing a shipment without valid cause harms to our business.
